Day 61: Noon and Hebrews 11: Translation 2

NOON:

NEW NUMBERING SYSTEM
In an effort to make things easier, I am just going to put a *~* every time a number is supposed to go there. It will be easier for the days that I put two of a number or decide later to add a question.

NOON STUDY
Before you look at your journal workbook or Bible...

*~* Why don't you write out what has been going through your mind about Hebrews 11 since your last reading?

*~* Why did that go through your mind, do you suppose?

*~* Is God working on something in your life?

Now, please grab your next Bible version and read through Hebrews 11.

*~* What differences do you see in this version that you didn't see in your morning version?

*~* Now what stands out to you? Explain.

*~* Do you have any new questions or problems about what you read?

*~*  List the top 5 verses that spoke to you the most and why:
A
B
C
D
E

*~* Take each of the verses you just listed and figure out one application you can do with them:
A
B
C
D
E

*~* What have you learned now about faith?

*~* Can you learn from the Bible heroes more about how to, and how not to, lead a faithful life? The reality of the situation is most of the people listed had their faults and the Bible lets us know what they are. But, they are still considered spiritual giants.

*~* Start to memorize Hebrews 11:1. Write it out now. (Type it out, if you do it digitally.)

*~* What is God saying to you now?

*~* What are you saying to God?
