how to keep a journal of answers and review

HOW TO KEEP A JOURNAL OF ANSWERS AND REVIEW:
If you have never journaled before, it's okay. The type of journaling I am talking about here is simply answering the questions I ask. It's like treating the questions as a question and you write your answer like you would in a workbook. The only difference here is you create the workbook for yourself. That way, you are not limited to how you have to do it. You can be as creative or as simple as you prefer. You can write as little or as much as you desire as well. 

It really is that simple.
